Richard Spurling is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and program development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of ACEing Autism since June 2008, Richard strategizes to enhance the organization's impact on children with autism by 2020, focusing on growth strategies, program design, and fundraising diversification. As the founder of the organization, Richard designed a specialized tennis curriculum for children with autism and established an advisory board of experts in the field. Richard's prior roles include Head Tennis Pro at Dedham Country and Polo Club and Director of Tennis at Woodland Golf Club, where management of staff and programming was paramount. Richard began a career in finance as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in International Business from Florida Atlantic University.
