Freddy Bob-Jones is a seasoned professional in the development and operations sectors with a robust background in leading strategic initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director at Aceli Africa, Freddy focuses on increasing access to financing for underserved agricultural SMEs in East and Southern Africa. Previous roles include Head of Operations at SEMA Reproductive Health, where Freddy strengthened reproductive health markets in West Africa, and Operations Director for the International Planned Parenthood Federation, overseeing a large initiative aimed at expanding reproductive health services across multiple countries. Additional experience includes directing operations at WYG Group in East Africa, leading strategic teams at PwC, and enhancing fiscal management in public administration for major consulting firms. Freddy holds an MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School, an MSc in Development Economics with Distinction from The University of Manchester, and a BA in Politics and Economics from the University of Reading.
