Donna Dorshimer Midili has over four decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Generalist focused on HRIS and training at Acenda Integrated Health since October 1977. Previously, Donna worked as an HR Coordinator and gained early experience as a Ticket Sales Representative for the Philadelphia Phillies from February 1975 to March 1977, where responsibilities included customer service and managing ticket order payments. Donna holds a high school diploma from West Deptford High School, attended Rowan College at Gloucester County, and possesses a strong foundation in customer relations and human resources.

By bringing together our bright teams, innovative services, and understanding, caring hearts, we as an organization are moving upward to move lives forward. As we join together to provide a wide range of mental health, crisis services, parenting support, family-focused therapy, and residential programming, as well as reproductive health services through our affiliate, FamCare, we are celebrating this new era and are optimistic about our future and the legacy we will create as the premier integrated health provider in southern New Jersey.
