Hari Challapalli

Hari Challapalli has a wealth of experience in product management and leadership roles. Starting as a Product Manager at Worldwide Retail Exchange in 2003 and advancing to Chief Product Officer at HireRoad in 2023, they have held positions such as Senior Director at Workhuman, VP at Cengage, and Senior Product Manager at Oracle, among others. Hari has led product development initiatives, managed product portfolios, and driven product-led growth strategies throughout their career.

Hari Challapalli completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Industrial Engineering from SJCE, University of Mysore in 1997. Hari then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin from 1998 to 2000. Hari later obtained an Executive MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 2011 to 2013.
