Enrique Alamo

Enrique Alamo has extensive experience in IT, currently serving as the Microsoft Systems Coordinator and Operations 24x7 Team Coordinator at acens, part of Telefónica Tech, since August 2008. Responsibilities include managing the 24x7 operations team and overseeing internal IT services, particularly Microsoft O365. Previously, Enrique held the position of Microsoft Systems Engineer, focusing on the design, implementation, and administration of various Windows platforms, with a strong emphasis on Exchange from versions 2003 to 2013. Enrique has a proven track record in upgrading Exchange platforms, managing coexistence scenarios, and implementing Hyper-V clusters. Prior to acens, Enrique worked as a Systems Technician at Arcitel from 2003 to 2007, coordinating the Microsoft Exchange group.
