Meghan Kerlavage is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and operations. Currently serving as Regional Vice President and Regional Property Manager at Acento Real Estate Partners since March 2021, Meghan has a proven track record of supervising multiple assets and ensuring fiscal responsibility. Prior to this role, Meghan spent nearly a decade at The Donaldson Group, managing 3 to 10 properties with a total of 500 to 2,200 apartment homes. Other notable positions include Business Manager at Alliance Residential Company, overseeing a 340-unit class A lease-up, and Property Manager at Fairfield Residential, where oversight included a significant redevelopment project in Washington, DC. Meghan holds a Master of Business Administration from Ellis University and a Bachelor's degree in English and American Literature with a minor in Legal Studies in Business from Hofstra University.
