Paula Poulin

Paula Poulin has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Personal Lines Account Manager II at Acentria Insurance since May 2021. Prior to this role, Paula worked at ThompsonBaker Agency, Inc. as a Personal Lines Account Manager from April 2019 to November 2020, and held the position of Insurance Agent at AAA Auto Club South from November 2016 to March 2019. Earlier in the career, Paula was an Insurance Agent at Allstate from February 2014 to November 2016, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive insurance options and financial planning assistance to clients. Paula began the professional journey as a Claims Adjuster at Crawford & Company from July 2005 to February 2014, eventually becoming Supervisor of Customer Service from June 2011 to January 2014.
