Anandan Ganeshan

Anandan Ganeshan has extensive work experience in finance, accounting, and auditing. Anandan began their career as an Audit Trainee at BDO Sri Lanka & Maldives in 2012 and progressed to become an Audit Team Leader. During their time at BDO, they gained experience in various industries including manufacturing, plantation, IT, BPO/KPO, service, hotel, banking, and finance.

In 2015, Anandan joined Bision Maldives (Pvt) Ltd as an Accountant, reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer. Anandan was responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, cost reports, and rolling cash flow statements. Anandan also supervised and directed a team of five employees.

Anandan then moved on to Asia Leisure Holdings (Pvt) Ltd in 2017, where they served as an Accountant. Anandan 'srole involved preparing consolidated financial statements and quarterly accounts in accordance with Sri Lanka Accounting Standards. Anandan also handled tax matters and coordinated with the Inland Revenue.

From 2017 to 2019, Anandan worked at Auxenta as an Accountant. Anandan managed the finance department, preparing budgets, monthly and quarterly accounts, and payroll. Anandan also monitored intercompany operations and coordinated with external auditors and banks.

In 2019, Anandan became the Founder & CEO of etecnovos, where they oversaw the overall operations of the company.

Currently, Anandan is the Director of Finance at Acentura Inc, a position they have held since November 2019. In this role, they are responsible for financial planning, strategy, and analysis. Anandan monitors cash flow, determines profitability, manages expenses, and provides accurate financial information.

In January 2020, Anandan also took on the role of Director at Means Advisor, where their specific responsibilities are not mentioned.

Anandan Ganeshan completed their education in the following sequence:

- Anandan graduated from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka in 2018 with a degree in Certified Tax Advisor.

- From 2011 to 2015, they attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, where they earned a degree in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Finance.

- Anandan began their undergraduate studies in 2009 at the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka. Anandan completed a Bachelor of Business Management (Accountancy) Special Degree, specializing in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance.

- Anandan 'ssecondary education took place at Morawaka Central College from 1995 to 2008, where they completed their Advance Level studies with a focus on Commerce.
