Chandana Ranasinghe

Chandana Ranasinghe has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Chandana is the Founder and CEO of Acentura Inc, where they focus on fulfilling the organization's mission and vision. Chandana has also co-founded Auxenta Inc., where they served as the Chief Operating Officer and VP of QA. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Process Improvements and Lean Manufacturing at Brandix. Additionally, Chandana has worked at Virtusa in various positions including Director and Head of ISQ Practice, Associate Director - SQA, and Senior Manager and Head of Quality Assurance. Chandana has also worked at BT as a QA Consultant and QA Director, and at Thomson Reuters, J.P. Morgan, Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, and ING U.S. in various QA and Test Manager roles. Chandana's expertise lies in creating business plans, building sustainable relationships, driving process improvements, and managing quality assurance initiatives.

Chandana Ranasinghe obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) between 2004 and 2006. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Moratuwa from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, Chandana pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in change management at the Open University Malaysia starting in 2013. They also obtained several certifications including a Certificate on Executive Leadership from INSEAD Executive Education, a Lean Manufacturing Bootstrap course from Total Systems Development, Inc., and a Certified Quality Analyst certification from QAI in 2004.
