Ona Praderas is an experienced embodiment wellness coach with over 7 years of expertise in integrating movement, breath, creativity, and Gestalt therapy for personal growth. Currently serving as a Sharing Circle Facilitator for ACER Integration and Community Engagement Manager for The Psychedelic Puppet Show, Ona has a strong background in content creation and mental health advocacy, spanning more than 16 years.
