Jackie Nicholls

Jackie Nicholls is an experienced professional in the field of group retirement services, currently serving as the Director of Group Retirement Services at Acera Insurance since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jackie spent nearly 16 years as an Account Executive in Group Retirement Services at Canada Life. Educational qualifications include a degree in Administrative Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, ongoing studies towards a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation at Dalhousie University, and completion of the Dale Carnegie Course in Public Relations and Public Speaking.
