Kei Philip is a Specialist Teacher & Program Coordinator at Acera: The Massachusetts School of Science, Creativity and Leadership. Kei has experience in student support, enrichment classes, and managing school transition processes. Previously, Kei worked at Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and Harlem Arts Festival in various roles related to academic and student services, operations, and event coordination. Kei also has experience in community outreach and education internships at various organizations. Kei holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Acera is a progressive non-profit STEAM school serving high-ability students in grades K-10. At Acera, students learn by ability, not age: in a supportive, energetic environment, enabled by highly motivated teacher-entrepreneurs. Learning at Acera is contextual, interdisciplinary, and hands-on and often happens in our professionally equipped MakerSpace and Science Lab. In addition to our full-day programs, we offer after school and summer enrichment programs, open to both Acera and non-Acera students, through Acera's STEAM Learning Lab.
