Kirsten Osland

Kirsten Osland currently serves as the Global Head of Credit at PayPal, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this, Kirsten worked at Capital One as the Head of Business Development & Networks for Card Partnerships from April 2019 to August 2025. A substantial portion of Kirsten's career was spent at Barclaycard, where various leadership roles included Head of Business Development for US Partnerships and Senior Director positions overseeing the Uber Card Program and NFL Partnerships. Early experiences also include roles at Citi, UATP, Wells Fargo, and Chase, encompassing responsibilities in marketing, business development, and product management. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
