Els Kerstens

Els Kerstens is a seasoned professional in the human resources sector with extensive experience in business development and team leadership. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Acerta since November 2019, Els has been pivotal in supporting entrepreneurs in Belgium through comprehensive HR services. Prior to this role, Els held the position of Teamleader for the Kinderbijslagfonds at INFINO from May 2018 to November 2019 and was a Teamleader for Payroll in KMO at Acerta from July 2011 to May 2018. Early career experience includes serving as an Office Manager at Konvert from December 2005 to July 2011.
