Jo Hasevoets

Jo Hasevoets has extensive experience in service and educational roles, currently serving as teamleader for both the service desk and corporate accounts at Acerta since March 2005. Responsibilities include knowledge sharing through training and developing instructions on payroll-related topics, along with providing specialized technical and functional advice to front-line staff. Additionally, Jo Hasevoets has expertise in DMFA declarations, focusing on process monitoring, error analysis, process optimization, and training new employees. Prior to Acerta, Jo Hasevoets worked as an elementary school teacher for the Vlaamse Overheid from September 2001 to March 2005 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in education. Furthering professional skills, Jo Hasevoets also completed a degree in Interior Styling in July 2023.
