Jennifer Colon

Jennifer Colon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jennifer started their career at Aventura Hospital as a Nurse/Administrative Assistant. Jennifer then moved on to work at Miami Dade College as a Student Organization Coordinator. After that, they joined the University of Miami, where they held roles as an Administrative Assistant, Academic Advisor/Administrative Assistant, and Facilities Operations & Senior Administrative Assistant.

In 2013, Jennifer joined Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm. Jennifer initially worked as a Project Coordinator before being promoted to Senior Project Coordinator. Jennifer also took on the role of Project Manager for the Leveraging Military Leadership Program, where they managed the delivery of coaching and leadership development engagements.

Most recently, Jennifer has been working at Acertitude, a purpose-driven executive search firm and leadership consultancy. Jennifer started as a Project Manager and was later promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager. Jennifer'sresponsibilities include conducting advanced search and logistics management, supporting the team as needed, and acting as a trusted advisor for key client relationships/projects. Jennifer also oversees event logistics and attends business development pitches.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated strong project management skills, budget management abilities, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Jennifer is experienced in various industries, including consumer, industrial, business and professional services, energy, financial services, healthcare and life sciences, private equity, and technology.

Jennifer Colon's education history is as follows:

Jennifer Colon attended Northwest Christian Academy from 1992 to 2003, where they obtained their high school diploma. Jennifer then pursued higher education at Miami Dade College from 2003 to 2007, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Criminal Justice. Following that, Jennifer attended the University of Miami from 2009 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) degree.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has also obtained certifications in Coaching Your Team to Think and Act Strategically and The Three Pillars of Effective Communication from LinkedIn. Jennifer achieved these certifications in February 2023 and January 2023 respectively.
