Laura Snodgrass

Laura Snodgrass has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Laura worked as a Lead UX Manager at ACERTUS since September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Freelance User Experience Designer, working independently, from November 2018. From June 2019 to May 2021, Laura worked as a UX Product Designer at Takeoff Technologies, where they played a role in redefining the UX process and working with Product Owners. Laura also has experience as a Software Sales Specialist at Sustainable Minds from August 2017 to March 2018, and as a Faculty-led Program Coordinator at EF Education First from July 2016 to February 2017. Laura's earlier roles include being a Sales Operations Manager and Assistant Permissions Editor at Pearson, a Research Assistant at UMass Boston, and an Editorial Assistant at L'elite Magazine.

Laura Snodgrass earned a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from the University of West Florida from 2003 to 2008. Laura then pursued a Master's Degree in English Literature at UMass Boston from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Laura has obtained several certifications in various fields. These certifications include Human-Computer Interaction from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2021, UX Academy and Design 101 from Designlab in 2018, Content Marketing Certified from HubSpot Academy in 2017, Search Engine Optimization from Udemy in 2016, Certificate in Online Advertising from Open2Study in 2015, and edX Verified Certificate for The Analytics Edge from edX in 2015.
