Kumi Akiyoshi is an accomplished UX design professional with extensive experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as the Worldwide Customer Service Operations AI UX Product Lead/Manager at Apple since August 2024, Kumi previously held pivotal positions such as Senior UX Design Manager at YouTube, Director of UX at Ford's D-Ford Lab, and VP of User Experience and Design at Herewith.
