Lisa Morony

Lisa Morony is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, customer implementation, and client services across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Implementation at ACERTUS since August 2023, Lisa also co-owns MAD Designs, specializing in upcycled and repurposed products. Previous roles include Customs Entry at A.P. Moller - Maersk, Billing Coordinator at SENATOR INTERNATIONAL Freight Forwarding, and Lead Client Care Coordinator at Elk Grove Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Hospital. Additional experience encompasses administrative roles at both Ambassador and Oak Park Animal Hospitals and Lake Shore Country Club, as well as Director of US Operations at FACTransport, where responsibilities included business development and marketing for a transportation organization. Lisa’s career began at AmeriFleet Transportation as a Quality Control Manager, and educational qualifications include attendance at Harper College between 1989 and 1990.
