Todd Pilcher

Todd Pilcher has extensive experience in the electrical engineering field, having worked in various positions in different companies such as American Electric Power and Southern Illinois Power Cooperative. Currently, Todd holds the title of Vice President of Portfolio Management at ACES since 1999. Todd Pilcher graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
