Ryan McNeil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan recently joined BankUnited as Vice President, IT Business Relationship Manager, where they act as a trusted advisor to various business units, providing guidance on IT strategies and solutions aligned with their needs. Prior to this, Ryan had an extensive tenure at Rothschild & Co, where they held several roles, including Vice President, IT Business Relationship Manager for R&Co North America Financial Advisory, Technical Business Analyst, and Marketing Coordinator. At Rothschild & Co, Ryan led organizational change initiatives, managed IT projects with global impact, and implemented software applications to enhance efficiency. Before joining Rothschild & Co, Ryan worked at Professional Software Solutions as a Sales and Marketing Director, and at Lithographic Services as the Head of Sales and Marketing. Ryan began their career at StorterChilds as a Customer Service Associate. Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated a strong ability to bridge the gap between IT and business units, implement process improvements, manage projects, and drive sales growth.

Ryan McNeil has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Economics from the University of Florida. Ryan also studied Accounting and Corporate Finance at Baruch College and Information Technology at the University of Phoenix. Ryan McNeil has additional certifications in Adaptive Project Leadership, Business Analysis Foundations, Managing Projects with Microsoft Teams, Project Management Simplified, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certificate Program in Business Analysis, and Horticulture Certification.
