Mr. Gonzalez brings over 17 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting the ACES Quality Management & Control platform, to his position at ACES, where he is responsible for the onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support of clients. He works closely with mortgage banking industry clients to identify business needs and analyze requirements that translate directly into software enhancements, configuration optimization, and process improvements. Mr. Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University.
