Chiara Guidi has over 20 years of diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. CHIARA began their career at Heineken, where they held roles as a Food Technologist and later as an Assistant Production Manager. After leaving Heineken, Guidi worked as an R&D Scientist at Heineken. CHIARA then transitioned to PreGel Spa, where they served as an R&D Manager for eight years. Most recently, Guidi has been working at Acetum Spa as the R&D - Quality Assurance Director since 2015.

From 1995 to 2000, Chiara Guidi pursued a Master's degree in Food Science & Technology at the Università degli Studi di Parma.
