Nikita Panchal is currently the Vice President at ACG World, leading Talent, Organization Development, and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. With previous HR experience at TATA Asset Management Ltd, Anand Rathi Securities, and Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd, Nikita holds a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development and Change from Weatherhead School of Management. Graduating from Bhavans College with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Nikita has also received various certifications in coaching, organization development, and leadership.
