Shubhangi Jha

Shubhangi Jha is currently the Lead of Human Resources at ACG World, overseeing the Centre of Excellence since July 2025. Prior to this role, Shubhangi served as the People & Culture leader at Mstack Chemicals from October 2023 to July 2025 and as Head of HR Operations at MYFITNESS, contributing significantly to HR operations for over 150 employees and facilitating substantial revenue growth. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Illuminations Well-being Center in Dubai, where multi-country HR operations were managed across 18 nationalities, and earlier roles at Trigyn Technologies and My First Boss. Shubhangi holds a Master of Business Administration from Jankidevi Bajaj Institute Of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Forensic Sciences from Mumbai University.
