Sunil Jha

Sunil Jha is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Group Chief Human Resource Officer at ACG Worldwide since July 2010, Sunil has been instrumental in implementing transformative organizational development interventions that enhance HR processes and business strategies. Prior to this role, Sunil held prominent positions at Essar Group, where Sunil managed post-merger integration in Uganda and Congo, BPL Mobile Communications as Chief Human Resources Officer overseeing multiple regions, and Resonate as a founding director. Sunil's early career includes significant contributions at The Indian Express, managing a diverse workforce, and beginning as Assistant Manager Human Resources at Bombay Electric Supply and Transport. Sunil holds a Master in HR from the Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.
