Barbara Mooney has extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management. Barbara is currently the Head of Supply Chain and VP of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at ACH Food Companies, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Dean Foods as the VP of Engineering and Sustainability, and later as the Vice President of Logistics. Barbara also served as the SVP of Supply Chain at Luvo Inc, where they were responsible for various functions including operations, procurement, transportation, and warehousing. Before that, they held multiple leadership positions at McCain Foods, including VP of North America ISC Strategy and Capabilities, VP of Supply Chain North America, and VP of Manufacturing. Barbara's earlier experience includes roles at Kraft Foods, where they worked as Director of Logistics Operations, Director of External Manufacturing, Director of Business Development, Plant Manager, Business Unit Manager, and Associate Director of Strategy. Barbara also worked as a Distribution Implementation Manager, Senior Buyer, and Manager of Building Operations/Maintenance Manager. Throughout their career, Barbara has consistently demonstrated their ability to optimize supply chain networks, implement cost-saving strategies, and improve service levels.
Barbara Mooney obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Barbara attended the university from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing, Operations, and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Barbara completed their MBA program from 1994 to 1996.
