Jim Tycom

Jim Tycom is an experienced real estate development professional with a strong background in managing site selection, leasing, and development for renowned brands within the restaurant and entertainment industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Real Estate Development at Vibe Restaurants since January 2022, Jim oversees a development team for multiple brands, including Whataburger and Wingstop. Previous roles include Director of Real Estate for Wingstop Restaurants, Pancheros Mexican Grill, and Corner Bakery Cafe, as well as Div. Real Estate Manager for Pier 1 Imports. Jim's extensive experience also encompasses real estate management positions at Strategic Restaurants, Dunkin Brands, Starbucks Coffee Company, YUM Brands, and Silver Cinemas, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in franchise development and market analysis. Jim holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
