Josep Barenys

Josep Barenys has a diverse and extensive work experience in the food industry. Josep currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ACH Food Companies, Inc., a speciality food ingredients business operating in North America. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Michigan Milk Producers Association, a dairy company. Josep also had a successful 14-year tenure at Danone, where they held various finance leadership positions, including Senior Finance Director of North American Operations. Josep Barenys has a proven track record of driving change, implementing financial strategies, and managing diverse teams.

Josep Barenys has a background in business administration and economics. Josep attended the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where they studied Business Administration with a focus on economics. Josep also attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they pursued a degree in Economics Sciences. In 2018, they enrolled in KPMG Executive Education to further their knowledge in SEC Reporting & Compliance.
