Valerie Matthews

Valerie Matthews currently serves as the Performance Management Office Lead at ACH Food Companies, Inc., where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of projects for the supply chain and setting strategies for the PMO office. Previously, Valerie held the position of Warehouse Manager at Abbott, overseeing a 24/7 warehouse and stockroom team within a large facility, managing a significant budget and supporting high-volume production. In addition, Valerie was the General Manager and Owner of BAF PACKAGING, LLC, leading a contract packaging and fulfillment business for Fortune 1000 clients, managing a sizable workforce and budget. Valerie holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
