Kylie Terrington

Kylie Terrington has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kylie'smost recent position was with ACH Group where they held the role of Head of Workforce Safety and Injury Management since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Health and Wellbeing Business Partner for ACH Group from August 2016 to February 2023. Before joining ACH Group, they worked as an RTO Consultant for Konekt from October 2015 to August 2016. Kylie also gained experience as an Injury Management Advisor/Business Development Officer at Applied Innovative Services from August 2008 to August 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Trainer/Assessor for Innovative Training and Recruitment from 2008 to August 2016. In the earlier stages of their career, they worked as a Senior Case Manager for Schnieder Electric in 2007 and for Employers Mutual Ltd, South Australia from 2006 to 2007. Kylie also held roles as a Case Manager and Motor Claims Consultant for IAG from 2005 to 2006 and 2004 to 2005 respectively. Along with this, they worked as a Motor Claims Technical staff for AAMI from 2003 to 2004. Kylie'scareer began as a Relationship Manager with Commonwealth Bank in 1995, where they worked until 2003.

Kylie Terrington's education history includes attending Berwick Secondary College, Casey College of TAFE, Holemsglen College of TAFE, and Innovative Training and Recruitment. At Casey College of TAFE, they obtained a Quality Assurance certification in ISO 9000. At Holemsglen College of TAFE, they earned an Associate Diploma in Applied Science - Architectural Drafting. At Innovative Training and Recruitment, they completed a Certificate IV in Government (Rehabilitation), a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a Certificate IV in Government (Injury Claims Management). Kylie also underwent Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator Training at Workcover Corporation and obtained a Gold Certificate and Accreditation in Injury Management from Workcover SA.
