Michael Hsu

Michael Hsu currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Client Services at Achēv, overseeing client experience and business development for over 110,000 clients. Michael is also a Course Instructor for the Customer Success Management Certificate program at York University School of Continuing Studies and an Advisory Council Member for HCM's Customer Success Management Program. Previously, Michael held roles such as VP of Client Success at VidCruiter, where responsibilities included enhancing post-implementation client experiences, and Sr. Director of TAM Services at Ceridian, achieving significant year-over-year service revenue growth and high NPS scores. Michael's career also includes positions at IBM, Dyadem International Ltd., Infor, Workbrain, and ADP, with a strong focus on client support and success. Michael holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College.
