Zipora Gordon

Zipora Gordon is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in child and adolescent mental health and education. Currently serving as a Psych Rehab Specialist at Achieve Behavioral Health, Zipora facilitates therapeutic groups and collaborates with treatment teams to enhance client functioning. As the Founder and Director of Nishmasi, Zipora employs Torah methods to foster emotional expression. Additional roles include Certified Play Supporter at Ruach Uneshama, where Zipora supports children through play, and Educational Consultant at Prime Publishers, Inc., focusing on emotional awareness workbooks. With a background in curriculum development as Curriculum Director and Assistant Principal at Yeshiva Avir Yaakov, Zipora has a solid foundation in implementing enriched educational programs. Zipora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Empire State College and has completed additional training in play therapy techniques.
