Kerry Anne O'Toole

Kerry Anne O'Toole is a seasoned school psychologist with extensive experience in various educational and evaluative roles. Currently serving as a School Psychologist at Ardsley UFSD since September 2024, O'Toole also functions as a Psychoeducational Evaluator for PNW BOCES since April 2019, conducting psychoeducational evaluations across Westchester County. Additionally, O'Toole has been an EI/CPSE Evaluator with Achieve Beyond since December 2017, providing crucial evaluations in both Westchester County and NYC. Previous roles include School Psychologist and Dignity Act Coordinator at Greenburgh North Castle UFSD since September 2010, focusing on counseling and developing behavioral assessments for adolescents and young adults, as well as serving as a School Psychologist at Heartshare First Step Early Childhood Center and St. Joseph's School, where counseling and behavioral planning were key responsibilities. O'Toole holds a PsyD in School Psychology from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Villanova University.
