Brooke Jensen

Brooke Jensen is the Development Director at Achieve Services. Brooke has over seven years of experience in development and fundraising, including event planning, donor cultivation, stewardship, and representing organizations at various events and functions.

Brooke began their career in development as an Event Planner and Fundraiser at Children's HeartLink. In this role, they were responsible for planning and executing special events and fundraising activities. Brooke also collaborated with the Marketing Department on messaging for various print, digital, and social media communications.

In February 2015, Brooke took on the role of Development Officer at True Friends. In this role, they were responsible for developing relationships with existing and prospective donors, stewarding and cultivating a portfolio of mid-level and major donors, and representing True Friends at various events, meetings, and functions. Brooke was also instrumental in introducing the online fundraising software, Qgiv, to True Friends. With Qgiv, Brooke helped True Friends develop new fundraising events and initiatives that surpassed their fundraising goals by 116% and 103%.

In their current role as Development Director at Achieve Services, Brooke is responsible for leading the development team in all aspects of fundraising, including annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, grants, special events, and capital campaigns. Under their leadership, the development team has achieved remarkable results, exceeding their annual fundraising goals by 10% in both 2019 and 2020.

Brooke Jensen attended Augsburg University where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies, Art, and Marketing. Brooke then went on to Century College to earn their Associate of Arts degree in General Studies. Brooke is also certified by the American Heart Association in Heartsaver CPR and AED.

Brooke Jensen reports to Tom Weaver, CEO. They work with Jim Rooker - Program Supervisor, Cassie Derner - Program Supervisor.
