Yuri Matsumoto

Yuri Matsumoto is an accomplished Economic Development Director for the City of Williamsburg, Virginia, since February 2017, where responsibilities include managing business retention and expansion programs, overseeing EDA grant programs, and representing the city in regional initiatives. Prior to this role, Yuri served as a Marketing Coordinator at TAM Consultants, Inc., where client development strategies were implemented, and as a Shelter Advocate at AVALON, providing essential support to clients. Yuri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from William & Mary.
