Katarina Olausson

Katarina Olausson currently serves as the Head of Systems Data and Insight at Achieve Together, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Katarina accumulated significant experience at the Care Quality Commission from June 2016 to December 2024, where titles included Principal Analyst, Qualitative Development Manager, Analyst Team Leader, and Senior Analyst. Katarina co-founded and managed IlluminCloud from May 2011 to June 2015 and worked as a Senior Research Executive at GA Research from September 2008 to December 2010. Additional experience includes a role as a Qualitative Researcher at arnold&bolingbroke and as a Research Project Officer at the University of Sydney. Katarina holds a Bachelor of Arts (Advanced) degree in Sociology from the University of Sydney, earned between 2003 and 2006.
