Louise Ridger

Louise Ridger is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Achieve Together since October 2019. Prior to this role, Louise worked as an HR Officer at The Regard Partnership for 18 years, from October 2001 to October 2019. Louise has also pursued educational qualifications in human resources, completing CIPD Level 3 in 2010 and CIPD Level 5 in 2016 at Kingston College.
