Cha Billy Vang has a strong background in education and youth development, with experience working in various roles such as a Career and College Readiness Coordinator, Special Education Paraprofessional, and Service to Children Program and Outreach Coordinator. They have also interned in programs focused on digital art making and literacy mentoring. Cha Billy holds a Bachelor of Science in Youth Studies from the University of Minnesota.

Achieve Twin Cities rallies community support and delivers best-in-class programs to inspire and equip Minneapolis and Saint Paul youth for careers, college and life. Our vision is that all students have full and equitable access to postsecondary education and career opportunities, resulting in a more just and vibrant community. We direct career and college readiness services in 28 Minneapolis and Saint Paul public high schools, connect students with paid internships through Step Up and Achieve College Internships, host EDTalks and other public education events, and serve as the nonprofit foundation for Minneapolis Public Schools.
