Doyen Kulee is an experienced professional in the field of education and youth development, currently serving as the Career and College Center Coordinator at AchieveMpls since August 2019. Previously, Doyen held the position of Program Coordinator at Genesys Works, where support was provided to high school seniors from low-economic backgrounds in securing paid internships with Fortune 500 companies. Prior roles include directing the Cimarron Teen Center at FamilyMeans, where Doyen created engaging programs and built volunteer relationships, and serving as a High School Senior Coach at College Possible, focusing on college preparation and advising for students. Doyen holds a degree in Psychology, with a focus on Developmental and Child Psychology, from Lawrence University.

We direct career and college readiness services in 28 Minneapolis and Saint Paul public high schools, connect students with paid internships through Step Up and Achieve College Internships, host EDTalks and other public education events, and serve as the nonprofit foundation for Minneapolis Public Schools.
