Matt Carlson is a seasoned educator and coordinator specializing in career and college readiness. Currently serving as the Career and College Readiness Coordinator at Achieve Twin Cities since January 2023, Matt Carlson previously held multiple positions at College Possible from August 2015 to January 2023, including Senior High School Program Coordinator, High School Program Coordinator, and Senior Coach. Matt Carlson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Gustavus Adolphus College, completing the degree in 2015.

Achieve Twin Cities rallies community support and delivers best-in-class programs to inspire and equip Minneapolis and Saint Paul youth for careers, college and life. Our vision is that all students have full and equitable access to postsecondary education and career opportunities, resulting in a more just and vibrant community. We direct career and college readiness services in 28 Minneapolis and Saint Paul public high schools, connect students with paid internships through Step Up and Achieve College Internships, host EDTalks and other public education events, and serve as the nonprofit foundation for Minneapolis Public Schools.
