Bradley Smith

Bradley Smith is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Achieve since May 2019, after holding the positions of Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant General Counsel within the same organization. Prior to Achieve, Bradley was a Shareholder at Felhaber Larson from January 2015 to May 2019 and served as Associate General Counsel at GMAC/Residential Capital Corporation between November 2012 and December 2014. Early in the career, Bradley worked as an Associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from September 2006 to November 2012 and completed a clerkship for Chief Judge James B. Loken at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit from September 2005 to September 2006. Bradley holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Texas at Austin. Education was completed at The Blake School.
