Rich Morales

Rich Morales is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Product Lead for Generative AI at Achieve since June 2022. Previous positions include Principal Product Designer at Happy Money, Senior Product Designer at Weedmaps, where Rich managed the design experience for Ads & Monetization, and Senior Product Designer at HomeServices of America, leading cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. Earlier in the career, Rich contributed as a Product Designer at Calibration24, Lead Designer at DesignStudio Network, and worked as a Freelance Designer, honing skills in UI, UX, and design methodologies. Rich began the career at Applications International Corporation, developing an iOS app for OSHA regulation recording. Education includes completing the Immersive Software Engineer Program at Hack Reactor in 2016.
