Sue Case

Sue Case is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in the financial and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Achieve since April 2016, Sue applies adult learning theory and instructional design principles to develop training programs for over 1,000 employees. Prior to this role, Sue held positions at the University of Phoenix and Countrywide Insurance Group, where responsibilities included designing and developing engaging courses and training materials. Sue's background in instructional design is complemented by an MBA in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Fine Arts.
