Rachel Santos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rachel started their career at Reinhardt College as a Senior Graphic Designer, where they coordinated and promoted exhibit and gallery openings. Rachel then worked at Pathfinders, Inc as a Recruiting Coordinator & Office Manager, providing administrative support and handling candidate screening and scheduling.

In 2013, Rachel joined Medlytix LLC, where they held multiple positions, including Executive Administrative Assistant, Reconciliation Analyst & Account Manager, and Client Services & Project Manager. In these roles, they oversaw the onboarding process for clients, managed client correspondence and meetings, analyzed account performance, and provided administrative support.

Rachel also has experience as a Freelance Photographer and Designer, specializing in portraiture, event coverage, and design work for marketing and branding materials.

Currently, Rachel is working at AchieveIt as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Rachel ensures that organizations successfully implement the Integrated Plan Management solution and helps them achieve their strategic initiatives.

Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated strong organization skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Rachel Santos completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Liberal Studies from Reinhardt University, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Rachel also obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree from the same institution; however, the specific duration of this degree is unknown. Additionally, Rachel has acquired several certifications, including "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in April 2020, "Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1" from SuccessHACKER in August 2019 (obtained twice), "University of Virginia - Foundations of Business Strategy" from Coursera in May 2019, and "Content Marketing: Social Media" from LinkedIn in January 2019.
