John McDougall is an experienced development analyst currently employed at Achievement Awards Group since December 2018. Prior to this role, McDougall worked in various positions, including IT Developer Lead at BMW Financial Services and Analyst Programmer at JHC, contributing to wealth management systems. McDougall has extensive background in software development and engineering, with experience at notable organizations such as BT and UBS, where leadership in trading systems was demonstrated. After facing health challenges in 2015, McDougall continued to bring valuable expertise to the technology sector, building upon a strong foundation established with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town.
