Erin Siegrist

Erin Siegrist is the Vice President at Achievement Center. Erin has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources.

Erin started their career as a Recruiter at Westaff in 1998. In 2000, they became the HR Director at HCR ManorCare. Erin then moved to Flowserve Corporation as a Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst in 2004. In 2006, they became the Director, Workforce of the Future at Erie Insurance Group. Erin served as strategic HR partner to finance organization and led HR Risk Assessment for enterprise.

In 2007, Erin became an Adjunct Professor, Employee Benefits at Gannon University. Erin created syllabus, quizzes and tests, and group projects for upperclassmen-targeted course in Risk Management program.

Erin has been with Achievement Center since December 2008 and is currently their Vice President.

Erin Siegrist has a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, School of Labor and Employment Relations. Erin also has a BA in Psychology and Biology from Millikin University. Erin is certified from IIA in Associate in Risk Management, AICPCU/IIA in Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Systemation in Advanced Project Management, The Institutes in Associate in Claims, The Institutes in Associate in Management, The Institutes in Associate in Personal Insurance, World at Work in Certified Benefit Professional, World at Work in Certified Compensation Professional, Society for HR Management (SHRM) in SHRM-SCP, Human Resources Certification Institute in SPHR, and Manufacturers Association of NW PA in Six Sigma Green Belt.
