Eric Herrenkohl

Eric Herrenkohl began their work experience in 2002 as the President of Herrenkohl Consulting, a boutique retained executive coaching and search firm. Eric successfully relocated the business from St. Louis to Philadelphia and led its growth until November 2019. In November 2019, Eric joined AchieveNEXT as the Managing Director and Executive Coach. In this role, they have been responsible for building Executive Coaching and Executive Career Services for the firm, acquiring new clients, and serving C-Suite executives, direct reports, and high-potential leaders. Eric has also led the recruitment and management of 1099 coaches.

Eric Herrenkohl has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & History from the University of Michigan. Eric also holds a Masters degree in Theology and Communications from Covenant Theological Seminary. In addition, they have obtained a Leadership Coaching Certificate in Executive Coaching from Rutgers University. Furthermore, they have a certification in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance, which they obtained in August 2022 from Rutgers Division of Continuing Studies.
