Greg Wood has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Greg started their career at Verticalnet, Inc. in 2001, where they served as the Director of Human Resources and provided leadership in internal communications and HR functions. Greg then joined DuPont in 2004 as a Human Capital Consultant, where they played a key role in executing the worldwide rollout of organizational redesign and strategic imperatives.

In 2004, Greg took on the role of Director of Internal Communications at ETHICON, a Johnson & Johnson company, where they provided strategic leadership in worldwide associate communications and marketing communications. Greg implemented a comprehensive communication strategy to align the organization around its vision, mission, and strategies.

From 2005 to 2006, Greg worked at BMS- Regulatory Sciences as a Change Management and Communications Project Manager, leading a task force in designing and implementing a training and roll out schedule for a global business process change initiative.

In 2006, Greg joined RSM McGladrey as a Director and Practice Leader for the Business Strategy & Human Capital Practice. Greg grew the practice from scratch to over one million in annual revenues, providing strategic and operational leadership for the firm's business consulting solutions offerings.

From 2013 to 2016, Greg worked at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP as the Director of Business Development & Marketing Operations, where they acted as a bridge between the Business Development and Marketing Shared Services departments, ensuring consistent collaboration and processes.

In 2016, Greg transitioned to AchieveNext as the Chief of Staff, supporting the CEO and CRO in championing key projects, monitoring performance, and providing day-to-day support to the leadership team.

In 2008, Greg joined The CFO Alliance as the Chief Operating Officer - Peer Networks, overseeing operations and providing strategic input on AchieveNEXT's Peer Networks, sales, and marketing operations. Greg led the Member Engagement Team, assisting members and their enterprises in achieving personal and professional growth.

Throughout their career, Greg has demonstrated expertise in operations management, member/client engagement, content/product development, marketing/community technologies, project management, change initiatives, and internal and external communications.

Greg Wood attended Cornell University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Biology. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics at the same institution, although specific start and end years were not provided.
