Greg Wood has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Greg started their career at Verticalnet, Inc. in 2001, where they served as the Director of Human Resources and provided leadership in internal communications and HR functions. Greg then joined DuPont in 2004 as a Human Capital Consultant, where they played a key role in executing the worldwide rollout of organizational redesign and strategic imperatives.
In 2004, Greg took on the role of Director of Internal Communications at ETHICON, a Johnson & Johnson company, where they provided strategic leadership in worldwide associate communications and marketing communications.
