Adrienne Kent is a Senior Staff Technical Writer at Achievers, responsible for creating and managing user guides for a SAAS employee engagement platform. Prior to their current role, Adrienne worked as a Technical Writer at IBM Canada where Adrienne maintained documentation libraries for various products. Adrienne also has extensive experience as a Technical Writer at Algorithmics Inc., collaborating with teams to create and maintain documentation for financial risk management products. Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Wilfrid Laurier University.
